The Great Capshroom is revered as the sacred guardian of the deep wood. The woodland folk are soothed by its song-like hum, often singing softly along to its rhythms. Lately its song has been more lower and more somber than usual. Locals are worried something is wrong with it.

What is this? 

This is a trifold dungeon module for 2-5 players. 

It runs with most ttrpg rules setting with minimal prep.

About / Inspiration

One of my favorite dungeons of all time was the Great Deku Tree in Ocarina of Time. I know the game is filled with other more clever, satisfying dungeons, but for some reason this one hit.

Maybe it was figuring out how to carry fire on a stick.

Maybe it was getting a first whack at a deku scrub. (I couldn't figure it out how to deflect its seed bullet for the life of me)

Maybe it was fighting that giant spider thing in the basement.

Maybe.

But I think more than anything it was the emotional connection that the game instilled into you as you were trying to rid this great guardian of a destructive force.

That game had me feeling so strongly about this tree.

It stuck with me, I guess.

Anywho, in honor of that dungeon and with my greatest attempt to replicate the nostalgia, I present to you:
